SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery
Snkrplgcy Limited offers international shipping for delivery. Due to the nature of our business, all orders placed will have an estimated delivery of 21 business days. We are not liable for any delays in the delivery of your product.
Shipment tracking is available for all orders made. You will receive an email/dm which will include your orders tracking information.
Additionally, when ordering from Snkrplgcy, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges as we source your products specifically for you. Once you purchase something from us, you have bought it off an individual seller and they have received payment. Please note we are not liable for conditions of trainer boxes.
As we are a consignment store, and act as an agent, we do not own the sneakers. Once they are sold, we deduct our seller fees and pay the consignee.
Customers are prohibited from using our products for advertisement/promotional purposes without the consent of our company. If you fail to perform the obligation above under our Terms, we have the right to take legal action against you. Please note, if you use your personal address/ personal credit card to buy products from our website for promotional/advertisement purposes for another company you will both be held liable.
Once an order has been shipped, we do not refund shipping fees in the event of order cancellation.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package arrives in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. We do not mark any shipments as "Gifts". We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely depending on the country. You should contact your local customs office for further information if you are concerned about this issue.
